Unlocking your child's potential
Unlocking your child's potential

To inspire every child and young person to discover their strengths, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential through engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning experiences.

To create a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where all children and young people are valued, heard, and encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Build strong, trusting partnerships with families to support holistic development.
Dedicated to working closely with you and your child, I offer a highly personalised and nurturing 11+ programme that includes:
My bespoke 11+ programme enables each child to develop effective strategies for tackling a wide range of question types, build resilience, reflect on their progress, and genuinely enjoy the learning journey.
Throughout the year, children also have the opportunity to take part in mock 11+ test sessions, giving them valuable experience of a more formal exam environment and helping them apply their skills with confidence.

Home education can open the door to a flexible, child‑centred way of learning — and high‑quality tuition can make that journey more enjoyable for both you and your child.
My home‑education tuition service provides a supportive, structured and fully personalised learning experience that includes:
Home education works best when everyone feels supported. I work closely with families to understand their goals, adapt to changing needs and create a learning experience that feels positive, purposeful and empowering.
Whether your child is following a structured curriculum, preparing for future exams, recovering from trauma or exploring learning in a more creative way, my tuition provides the expertise, consistency and encouragement to help them thrive.
For more than 14 years, I have been dedicated to delivering high‑quality education for families preparing for the 11+ Ripon Grammar School selection tests and seeking an alternative to mainstream schooling.
Alongside this work, I have spent many years with the Medical Education Service in North Yorkshire, supporting young people with complex needs who often face significant barriers to learning. Many of these students have been out of school for extended periods — sometimes up to two years — and may feel understandably wary or distrustful of professionals.
My experience includes working with Autism, ADHD, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Eating Disorders, PDA, Anxiety and Selective Mutism. Through patience, consistency and genuine care, I have learned that developing trusting relationships is the foundation for meaningful progress. It is through this trust that I have seen young people not only re‑engage with their education, but also rebuild their confidence, self‑esteem and overall well-being.
Drawing on extensive experience and deep subject knowledge, I am committed to guiding every child through each stage of their individual learning journey. My approach is rooted in understanding, encouragement and the belief that every learner can thrive with the right support.
